We are even living here for another year mostly because moving is stressful and our rent only went up by 30 dollars. No mice. No roaches. No damage whatsoever to the apartment. When we first moved in, it was spotless and freshly painted. The management company is super nice and understanding. The building itself is within walking distance to some shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The street itself is very quite, even though it is right outside of a major street in Boston. Besides the high rent, I have nothing negative to say about the apartment, the management company, or Boston itself. I love living in the city and have a hard time seeing myself anywhere else.
