Do Not Move Here At All
April 14, 2022My Apartment was broken into twice within 6 months of living there. They have no cameras or anything to help you. The break ins happened Broad daylight and no one heard or seen anything. They make you pay $25 a month to park on the lot where the gate never works and is always open for anyone to come in. When I first moved there there was a roach infestation that I had to take care of. The leasing lady Ms.Goldie is very nice and helpful though.Review from Apartments.com
Horrible Area Tho!
November 4, 2020The location besides the housing project across the street of Caroline and Ohio is fine, the gun shots and violence is ridiculous. The management and staff turnover throughout the years is very high. The gate is always broken so no real security. The storage area is cluttered as scary at night. Laundry room is iffy and you have to pay to park so might as well park on the street. Rental price is low but you get what pay for.Review from Apartments.com

June 14, 2017I am an instructor at SLU. I moved into these apartments sight unseen from out of town. It was a last minute job offer that I accepted & I needed to find something quick. I DID NOT know what to expect. I have been a resident here since February and I am pleasantly surprised. I have never had any issues. It is a smaller community & I like that.
