People please ! Don’t move here don’t be fool by the nice looking inside. It’s poop everywhere from dogs. People let their dogs release in their patios. You will find trash in the hallways and maintenance takes forever to come and do your request. You get emails about don’t park in the front and one of the employees parks there everyday on a handicap spot ! ( they send emails on don’t park there lol ). At night you will heard every noise specially at night they play music and you can even heard ...

The company that owns Arium & the property manager just doesn't care. This place has drug dealers who come in every night. In 2021 there were four incidents of residents' vehicles being stolen and vandalized. And there are bags of trash left all over the hallways and parking garage, just plain FILTHY! Do yourself a huge favor and go rent elsewhere. There are plenty of new apartments within a 3 mile radius of Arium that are about the same price which are much safer and cleaner than this ...

Breaks in like crazy , poop everywhere nobody cleans up after they self. Staff besides a few or useless to be honest. Price fluctuates & for the price it just isn’t worth it won’t be renewing here . Definitely won’t recommend.

Break-In's, Auto theft, poorly managed, trash all over the community

Don't be fooled by pretty interiors. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Terrible location, ZERO SECURITY, leasing office DOES NOT CARE FOR TENANT SECURITY. Vehicles get stolen from their locked garage! We were shocked to find how thieves can get past two sets of gates and steal (not break-in but STEAL) vehicles right under their nose! We asked for security camera footage when our vehicle got stolen from the LOCKED garage and they refused to go through the video or send it to the police because "they're busy". The ...
worst part: they REFUSED TO COOPERATE with us in the auto theft investigation. We didn't think of the other reviews much but now we know just how easy it is to have our home broken into or vehicles stolen, the apartment does NOT care.

Worst apartment complex

I moved into Arium uptown west at the beginning of 2019. I was lied to about the clubroom, I was told it would be open 24/7. It's not. It's only open during office hours, which who the hell gets home before 6 pm in Houston. I did once to pick my sick kid up early, and the parking lot was empty meaning nobody is actually home during those hours. So nobody really enjoys the clubhouse, its just room of furniture, with almost no outlets and a glass table and the glass isn't actually attached to it. ...
There is a tv in there with no remote or access panel. The pictures on their website are a total lie. the picture of the club room isn't actually what it looks like. It is a picture of a club room from another property. Same goes for the business center. The business center and gym are open 24/7, but the guest bathrooms are NOT open 24/7. guest bathrooms next to the gym are only open during office hours. If you are working out and you gotta pee, you gotta go all the way back to your apartment. The business room is a disappointment. It is tiny, the computers are heavily restricted. The wifi in the business center is sooooo slowwww. Iv tried to use their center 4-5 times and its just frustrating. Security is terrible. a patrol car parked in the front of the building deters nothing. there are always sketchy cars waiting by the entrance gates for someone to open it. Then there are always sketchy cars waiting by the gated parking garage waiting for somebody to open that too. There has not been 1 single day where somebody didn't follow me into the complex and into the garage. The parking garage is the most annoying thing. There are those blue security bells/lights that you push in case someone is chasing you or trying to hurt you, but when its pushed nobody actually shows up to help you. How do I know that? because almost every week somebody pushes that alarm, that is located on every floor, and can be heard through almost the entire complex. It goes on all night, until morning when the leasing office opens and they hear it and turn it off. Then there are the car alarms that go off all night as well. It's just so much noise at night. The air around the complex is filled with the smell of Mary J and smoke. I have a nice big patio that I don't get to enjoy because of the smells. For the same prices, you could go to other apartments that offer real amenities and have real security. Look elsewhere.

Recently new management took over. Very poorly managed complex. They never even responded my service request. Had to go down to the office several times and try to convinced them i had an AC issue. Security level is too low, you can see dealers walking around the complex every night, and pls dont be suprise if you see 10 people coming out 1 bed apt. As soon as my lease over i am out of here. There are so many places out there much better than here within the price range.

Don't be fooled by pretty interiors. DO NOT MOVE HERE. Terrible location, ZERO SECURITY, leasing office DOES NOT CARE FOR TENANT SECURITY. Vehicles get stolen from their locked garage! We were shocked to find how thieves can get past two sets of gates and steal (not break-in but STEAL) vehicles right under their nose! We asked for security camera footage when our vehicle got stolen from the LOCKED garage and they refused to go through the video or send it to the police because "they're ...
busy". The worst part: they REFUSED TO COOPERATE with us in the auto theft investigation. We didn't think of the other reviews much but now we know just how easy it is to have our home broken into or vehicles stolen, the apartment does NOT care.
