      Maintenance workers are great. Elevators & other amenities are horrible.

      Elevators never work. Trash chute was out for a while a while ago. Property does not compensate, they just apologize and never get the root of the issue fixed!!! OVERPRICED

      The amli river oaks is a great apartment complex, everything around is always very well kept and the maintenance staff keeps all the amenities around the complex clean and up to date. Everything is very secure and safe so you never feel like your property is going to be damaged or stolen. Leasing staff is very helpful and friendly and there if you need anything. Overall great community to live in

      AMLI River Oaks is a fantastic place to live. I have been living at AMLI River Oaks for the past 2 years and my experience has been wonderful. The location itself is an amenity, but what truly makes AMLI River Oaks stand out is the quality of the people that work there.       So far living here has been a treat. The people in the leasing office are very kind, welcoming and helpful; they made the application process and move in date very smooth. The maintenance team here is also amazing, they respond to your maintenance order fairly quickly unlike most apartments. The area is amazing if you are the kind of person that loves to shop and eat!! With that being said I would rate them a 10/10!

      I have never lived in an apartment building I have loved more than this one (and Ive lived in many different places in several different cities). The staff are kind, helpful, and take the time to provide you with the information or support you need. Their response time on calls or emails is almost immediate.       So far I absolutely love living here. This is a great, safe, well maintained community.       AMLI River Oaks is a beautiful and quiet community in the heart of the best part of Houston. It is walking distance to excellent parks, restaurants, supermarkets, etc. It is near everything but is not affected by heavy traffic. Commute is great since Memorial and Allen Pkwy provide a quick east-west access and Waugh and Montrose are fast N-S avenues. I enjoy the Buffalo Bayou new trails and parks as well as the very short drive, bike or run to Memorial Park. Yoga, trendy restaurants, night life, ...
      all within minutes. I also enjoy our gym and hang out areas. The best of AMLI River Oaks are the people working here. Super responsive, friendly, happy!. We are very lucky to have them, specially during this time with Covid19 , they have been handling everything so efficiently and contactless. I love them!!.
