April 3, 2023Carondolet is under New management and has a new Pest Control company treating our apartments on a regular basis. We have made a lot of upgrades in the past 2 years at Carondolet including all new roofs, new paved parking, Access Gates and a Pet Park.

Management is laughable
August 29, 2018Management is never there during the hours they put up. Never answer the phone either. I literally sat outside for an hour at 3 pm and the door was locked and no one came. Was looking for another place to rent and they are the exact same as my current apartment management. How can you run a business or an apartment if you aren't there?Property Manager Responded
