Pest Issue Wish the matter was taken more seriously and urgently. Didn’t feel like yall cared at all and with how much I pay to live here that was extremely disappointing. I still feel like the issues is not resolved but not sure who will take it seriously.

Took way too long to resolve I’m only scoring two stars because of how long it took to get this problem resolved. To be clear, I have no problem with the maintenance work itself or the worker who completed it.
I put in the initial service request on Friday 5/30/26 and my fridge wasn’t fixed until Monday 6/8/26. I understand that a part had to be ordered. However, I know for a fact that the part wasn’t ordered until at least Tuesday 6/2/26 because the maintenance worker had to come back over to ...
my apartment to get the serial number off my fridge. The maintenance request was then marked resolved the following day (6/3/26) even though no one had been back to my apartment. I called the office to ask about this and they told me they closed the request because they didn’t want to look bad in front of corporate. I was also told the problem would be fixed that Friday 6/5/26 but no one came back until Monday 6/8/26.
My overall assessment is that there needs to be more maintenance workers on site at my apartment complex. The lag time between submitting a service request and actually having the request resolved is unacceptable. I pay a lot of money to live here and expect better service.

Carrara has been the best apartment I've lived in in Dallas by far! The staff is so nice and helpful and always very responsive. The units are so spacious and the location is perfect. Maintenance fixes any issues as soon as they come up. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Carrara is a great place to live. It is less than a 5 min walk to tons of restaurants, shops, Katy Trail and so much more. The staff is very nice and the place is kept very clean. The maintenance staff is also wonderful! 10/10 recommend.

Carrara is so great! The staff is amazing, always working with us for quick solutions to maintenance issues or other questions we have. The units are great, the updates are fresh, and there is plenty of storage. The parking is great (no creepy parking garage) and I am always able to find a spot. The location is unbeatable with so many walking-distance options for restaurants, coffee, shopping, and groceries! And I love how close is it to the Katy trail. We have lived at Carrara now on 3 separate occasions due to frequent moving. Every time we come back to Dallas we don’t even look anywhere else because the location of Carrara is just unbeatable. Living right on the Katy is awesome. The staff here is so nice and helpful. The landscaping is one area for improvement that we have noticed with the grassy areas being mostly just dirt at this point, but there are other areas nearby that have grass we will walk our dog over too.
