Amazing Staff and Complex!
March 11, 2026Carrara has been the best apartment I've lived in in Dallas by far! The staff is so nice and helpful and always very responsive. The units are so spacious and the location is perfect. Carrara is amazing!!
November 6, 2021Carrara is so great! The staff is amazing, always working with us for quick solutions to maintenance issues or other questions we have. The units are great, the updates are fresh, and there is plenty of storage. The parking is great (no creepy parking garage) and I am always able to find a spot. The location is unbeatable with so many walking-distance options for restaurants, coffee, shopping, and groceries! And I love how close is it to the Katy trail. A great location
October 31, 2021We have lived at Carrara now on 3 separate occasions due to frequent moving. Every time we come back to Dallas we don’t even look anywhere else because the location of Carrara is just unbeatable. Living right on the Katy is awesome. The staff here is so nice and helpful. The landscaping is one area for improvement that we have noticed with the grassy areas being mostly just dirt at this point, but there are other areas nearby that have grass we will walk our dog over too. Horrible new management
August 14, 2017The new owners are horrible. Threatened eviction after switching to a new portal and my autopay didnt go through. Never been late in 2 years I have lived here. Horrible property, mud pit, no grass, water in bath is brown, and impossible to get anything fixed. Do not move here. The price is insane for what you get. Stay away and look elsewhere unless you want a massive headache.Property Manager Responded

HORRENDOUS
July 6, 2017This is the worst experience I've had living in an apt. They are unresponsive once they have your money and leave you with empty promises. They entire property is filled with mud and they won't do anything to actually plant grass or land form of vegetation. They don't have a maintence number either so when a giant wasp nest was built on my door there was no one around to take care of it. With 5 min of searching you can find a better place than this one.
