Friendly and professional management/maintenance
May 4, 2023I rented one of these units in 2022-2023. Any complaint that I had was promptly handled by the maintenance staff or the landlord/owner. The manager/owner is always in constant contact with tenants whether it be an emergency (pet missing etc) or informational. All maintenance requests and payments for rent etc are all done through their website. The units are located in a nice area. You can get anything that you can't get in Belvidere in the neighboring cities that are within a ~15 min drive.Review from Apartments.com
Excellent Experience
June 29, 2020I signed a lease in August 2019. When I called to look at an apartment and they set up a viewing that afternoon...I signed the lease around the 21St...they didn't even charge me prorated rent for the rest of the month! They are quick to service issues...which I really have had none. Everything is in good condition...I love the wood floors...the tile is nice...no carpeting! Window blinds are very nice.
