Great management, great location
May 27, 2022I lived here for 2 years as I went to school at UWM. This apartment is a great location, being directly on the 30 bus line which takes you to UWM or down South across the East side. It's in walking distance to North Ave where you will find a lot of bars and restaurants. It is also within walking distance of Lake Michigan! When I lived there, the on-site manager Helmut was incredibly sweet- he always waved to me in the hallways, said hi, and checked in on the tenants. He also cleaned up the ...building common areas every single day in the winter. The leasing agent Jennifer, however, is not at all kind, but you will not have to contact her very often. The air conditioners in this apartment are a great feature, the kitchen has all the appliances you'd need. It was a great experience living there that I never found again in other buildings after I moved out of state!Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
