Im sorry but ive lived here for 11 years and it has went down hill. Ive had 7 manager's through out the years and this one now "martin" really doesnt deserve this position. He wants to fix nothing. Ive had raw sewage on floor from their pipes messing up. And i had to pull teeth to get them to clean carpets. Needed windows for 4 years now and have called repeatedly and nothing

They say no pets allowed but there’s multiple people with cats and dogs around here. I’ve complained to the manager about it but nothing has been done. Very irritating when you can hear the pet run across the floor at 12, 5, and 8am.

Absolutely do NOT recommend this apartment complex. Turnover of staff is very high, therefore there is no accountability. If I had a request or a problem it took weeks to get resolved, if at all. Currently the woman in leasing office is outright rude and nasty if you go to her with issues, she has even hung up on me. The quality of the population there used to be monitored and it was very strict who they would allow to move in when I first moved in in 2013, looking ahead to present day it is not ...
a good, safe, or high quality population of tenants especially for children or families. Loud music and drugs present. In addition, I had a problem with mice or possibly a rodent getting in and out from the roof next to our bedroom wall, we are going on 3 weeks of loud noise/scratching inside the wall disturbing our sleep and it has yet to be taken care of or even an apology for what we are dealing with. Absolutely appalled with the service and treatment and wouldn't recommend to my worst enemy.

Beautiful neighborhood and good school district. Unfortunately the property manager is horrible. She is rude and never does what she says she is going to do. Their maintaince is also horrible. Nothing is ever fixed correctly the first time. The rent has increased drastically with promises of improvements. There have been numerous break ins and thefts. They also have mold issues in several of the units. Staff are noisy and speak of other tenants personal business. I would not recommend ...
anyone move into this complex until they obtain proper staff and/or new owners and fix the mold issues. Several tenants and their children have been sick with asthma, allergies and ear infections. So sad because this complex has great potential.

This is a place you can make your home for life. Beautiful landscaping and pool. The rooms are extra large and extra quiet. Close to shopping and restaurants, but, set in a country setting. Excellent maintenance and super staff. Most of all, the residents are the best neighbors you could ever have.
