March 7, 2023Hi again Natori, Once again we're sorry that this upset you. When you reported the overflow in your sink and tub, we had a plumber come out and we verified that none of your neighbors were impacted and the plumbers found your child's toy blocking the drain. As much as it pains us to charge a resident for the incurred cost, it's part of the lease that residents are responsible for damage they cause. It's something that we hope never happens but we understand that you'd be frustrated by the result in this case. We truly hope it helps ease your mind to vent through these many different platforms. November 15, 2017The only thing good about the apartments is the location. Maintenance is very slow about fixing items. items that are fixed have repeatedly broken weeks after allegedly being fixed. Multiple units have had issues with water leaks causing apartments to flood.Review from Apartments.com

August 20, 2015You have 3 mutilple shopping centers close by within walking distance. Kroger, Publix and Food Depot. You have multiple places to eat. Places to get your hair cut. K Mart is close by. Pool, laundry room. Neighbors are good and friendly.Review from Apartments.com
