November 21, 2023Carriage House is a nice apartment community with lots of living space. The lake, walking trail, nearby shops, restaurants, and mall are all an added plus! Maintenance and the office staff are always kind and attentive.Property Manager Responded

Mice infestation
October 17, 2019These apartments are horrible! There are mice, literally, all year around. Things don’t actually get fixed there, they do their best to cover up the issue, for as long as they can. Nothing is done about the mice. The parking is a joke!!!! The spaces are too narrow, your car WILL be hit, by other car doors. It’s inevitable. And most of the apartments DO NOT look like the ones posted on these sites.Review from Apartments.com
Worse apartments
July 24, 2017By far these were/are the worse I've EVER lived in. Why? Well first off, l used to rented apartment C7 (to be specific) in the summer time my daughter was not able to sleep in her room for 3 weeks straight because there was a bad connection and "the brakers" kept messing up. When I called the office no one picked up nor any of my calls were returned so I decided to call the "after hours" during "office hours" and their response to my needs were: WELL UNFORTUNATELY THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO AS WE ...ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE TO TAKE THE MESSAGE". It took literally 3 weeks for the A.C. to get fix. Second of all the shower door is broken more like falling into pieces. The door almost fell on my 1 year old daughter and when I called to get it fix they told me the maintenance guy was going to fix it and guess what? The door never got fix I had to bring an outsider to fix the shower door SMH. The apartment door itself had to get fixed at least 4X because it wouldn't shut all the way and then I just gave up because instead of replacing the lock or fix the issue from start they just kept making a bigger hole to the wall. They also promised me they were going to paint my front door within a week of me moving in and well that NEVER happened. The walls are thin as wall paper. You can hear everything and anything and you will never be able to have 1 PEACEFUL night. And let's not vet into the parking or how narrow the parking spaces are. So if you have a new car I don't recommend you to park nowhere there because you will get your car scratch and bent from people opening their car doors. Last but not least, when I told them about roaches crawling on the bedroom doors within 3 days of moving in they told me that was "kind of normal" but they were going to look into.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
