January 19, 2021I’ve lived here for 16 years. This is the best management so far. The units are being completely remodeled and the complex gets cleaned everyday. I have not had any issues with maintenance in a year and a half. The virus has been hard but it’s better then it’s ever been.Review from Apartments.com

May 17, 2020I've been living here for @ decade with squirrels living in my walls, carpet hasn't been changed for @ 8yrs, still have popcorn ceiling paint since 1990s,... Management decided to increase rent to an extra $430 during coronavirus stay at home order despite the fact that i always pay my rent on time and in full. Maintenance is MIA … owners are unable to manage a "Dog House".Property Manager Responded

Horrible management
May 2, 2020They are slow with everything. They need to hire more maintenance, keep up with the repairs, need more professional staff and overall they just need to act like they care about the people who reside here. This place is horrible
March 8, 2020Any other review you see about this place on another site that is positive is because those reviews are from years ago when it was under different management. The new management is horrible. The building is infested with bedbugs and roaches. The office staff is rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional and the maintenance is nonexistent.Property Manager Responded
