April 28, 2023I currently live here. Smoke free is an absolute lie. The people below me smoke constantly and now that it’s warmer and these apartments don’t have AC you open your windows and that it fills your house. You go ask them to stop of course they don’t, so you go to the people in the office they say they will post a flyer saying there is no smoking on grounds…of course never do. Overall a rip off for what you’re paying, trashy. Go anywhere else and pay the extra money.Review from Apartments.com
STAY AWAY
September 30, 2022The maintenance is terrible both inside and out. It’s still 80 degrees outside and the pool looks like a swamp. The “dog park” is a small square of gravel with a fence. The trash is constantly overflowing, and they will threaten you with fines to leave trash at an overflowing compactor. The “gated community” has gates that are consistently broken allowing anyone to come and go as they please. On the one semi-positive note most of the staff are very friendly minus a grumpy front office woman.Review from Apartments.com
