I have lived in apartments for most of my life, but never have I felt that it was a "home". Living here makes me feel like I have my own townhome, complete with a private garage, fireplace, deck, multiple stories and even valet trash! When I was looking for apartments, a leasing agent at another property recommended Carriage Place to me after I explained I was looking for more of a "home" feeling vs. an apartment. She was kind enough to send me to the competition, showing she was genuinely ...

My fiance and I moved in about 2 weeks ago. Carriage Place is such a quiet, pleasant living community. Everyone is so nice, our neighbors wave and people are walking around the beautiful, green-tree-covered, tucked-away community. The office staff are so genuine and kind as well. Maintenance fixed our central AC issue within 15 minutes of the issue being expressed to the office. Amazing place and we are very happy!

Property management ignores emails, then gaslights that I’ve never contacted before. Neighbors smoke, that just permeates in our unit aggregating my asthma. Neighbors blast music late into the night. We had 2 flooding situations from poor building conditions, and our dryer vent was packed full of lint when we moved in for several feet. Idk, the maintenance team is always helpful and super responsive, but everything else is not it. I’d look elsewhere.

Idk, the maintenance team is always helpful and super responsive, but everything else is not it. I’d look elsewhere.

Great place to live! Enjoyed the past year here everything works in this apartment which is rare for apartments. The amenities are very clean and always up to date as well. The staff usually gets back to me on time as well

Trash pick ups are unclear. My neighbor had 4 bags on the ground along with a full can and the trash picked it up. Meanwhile, I had 3 bags in the trash can and they did not take it. They also haven’t taken it some days last week.
