March 11, 2026We love everything about living at Carriage Place. The one thing that drives us crazy is, we thought trash cans had to be brought back in by 0900. We see some leaves the trash curbside everyday 24/7 and birds peck at the bag and trash falls out.Review from Apartments.com

March 1, 2026Property is convenient, maintenance staff are great, but so much smoking around the property. Buildings and amenities are a bit older, but pretty well maintained. Neighbors are generally nice, but walls are thin and bad neighbors are way too loud.Property Manager Responded

January 29, 2026Just moved back to Carriage Place after moving away 3 years ago. One of the best places to lease around Denver. Love the location, maintenance is great, very friendly neighbors and leasing staff. Lots of dogs but clean pet areas, as well. Highly recommend.Property Manager Responded
