April 14, 2026I love coming home to Carriage Place. It's a beautiful community in an ideal suburb of Denver and we have apartments that feel like homes. My favorite things about living here are the grounds, the garage, the apartment layout and amenities (like the fireplace and balcony) and the bright rooms and rustic (but modern) decor. March 11, 2026We love everything about living at Carriage Place. The one thing that drives us crazy is, we thought trash cans had to be brought back in by 0900. We see some leaves the trash curbside everyday 24/7 and birds peck at the bag and trash falls out.Property Manager Responded
