November 27, 2025We stumbled upon Carriage Place, ironically, while on our way to view another apartment complex. Intrigued by the neighborhood, we drove straight back and fell in love with it. A month later, as we visiting one last time before moving from out of state, we requested a last-minute tour. The leasing staff was incredibly flexible and accommodating. As soon as we stepped into the floor plan we were considering, we knew this place was the one. However, we wanted to hold off just in case we decided to ...go with our other choice. The staff was not pushy but presented all our offers effectively, which helped us make the decision that same evening. The friendly and quick communication of the staff made the process seamless. The added perks of our own garage and carport, 24-hour maintenance, and fitness center were huge selling points for us. I highly recommend anyone who comes across Carriage Place to stop looking and make this place their new home.Property Manager Responded

November 24, 2025Great community in South Denver! The neighborhood feels welcoming and well-kept, with friendly residents and a relaxed atmosphere. The property itself is clean and well-maintained, and the management team is responsive and easy to work with. There are plenty of nearby conveniences—shops, parks, and restaurants are all within a short drive, making day-to-day living really enjoyable. August 20, 2025Unfortunately the parking spots inside the complex are limited if you lucky enough to find out something is great other wise good luck to find something out there visitors arrive and leave their cars for several days instead to park their car out by the street they occupy parking spots for the residents!!!Property Manager Responded
