Stay away at all cost, apartments are poorly maintained, very poor response to fixing stuff, roaches and rat infested. smelly apartment and carpets, sewage smell in apartment. Very disgusting, residents pee and vomit in hallways, door lock are constantly and vagrants has easy access to apartment. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere

0/0 STARS. Worst place I have ever lived in my entire life. I was a college student attending a local college so I was unaware of the area. The office staff has been recently replaced as the prior staff was absolutely horrible. Parking sucks, roaches, rats, dirty, lack of respect from employees (prior to new ones) (unsure of the new staff as I moved). Unsafe location, car got damaged, car has been towed when it was in the correct spot. Cars get broken into everyday, nothing is done about it. No ...

security, no cameras, heat does not work. No fire extinguisher in the hallways, elevator does not work properly as many people get stuck in it. Hobos try to sleep in the entry way. Door is constantly broken because people do not have respect for the property. They do not screen tenants as they are mostly destructive. A lot of drugs go in and out of that building along with prostitutes. DO NOT LIVE HERE EVER! I TERMINATED MY LEASE DUE TO UNSAFE LIVING CONDITIONS and they kept my deposit and forced me to pay my last months rent when I was always on time and actually paid my rent unlike other people in that building.

The worst place ever! Don’t waste your money -Mice -ceilings problems -never fix anything If you have kids it is not secure for them, people smoke marijuana inside the building even sell drugs during nights. I had to give 1 star because there is no Zero star!

This is by far the worst place I have ever lived. The people in the rental office are very unprofessional. They refuse to fix things in your apartment for months at a time. I asked several times before signing my lease did the unit have mice and I was told no. Shortly after I moved in began to see mice. I put in a work order for extermination and it has been 6 weeks and nothing has happened. The hot water is never hot, the temperature for my stove is not accurate, it takes 1.5 hours to bake ...

chicken. I can not wait until my lease is up to leave here.
