To apply you must provide proof of income at least 3x's the monthly rent, rental history and good credit to qualify. $33 is for a credit/criminal check. Parking is $50/month. Security deposit requested is 1.5 month's rent unless required otherwise according to CT state law. This is a no-smoking building.
