Please do your research on this place I've had maintenance request after maintenance request with some of the most botched repair work I've ever seen. Be prepared for high energy cost, the apartments are older and poorly insulated. The A/C or Heat will have to run constantly just to reach a comfortable temperature. The trash is also an issue there's a huge trash compactor that all residents use to dispose garbage, however it rarely ever works which leaves a mound of trash similar to a landfill ...
right in the front of the complex by the mailboxes. They usually rent a huge dumpster when the compactor is broken and It accumulates weeks of trash and lets off a pretty foul odor. When I moved in things seemed quiet but now all you hear is loud music from cars at all times of night and people hanging out even the maintenance team will sit in the golf carts and talk loud for hours. There are several nicer apartments in the area I would definitely have this as a last resort had I known all of what I know now.
