      Carrington Place has been a great place for me, my wife and our dog. We have great neighbors and the team that run the community are fantastic. The apartments are modest and have great access to multiple parks, walking paths and centrally located between Rathdrum, Hayden, CDA and PF. It has been a great place to live.

      Carrington is a great community with easy access to town and many bike trails very close by. There is a very large community area with a playground and a covered patio for large groups and gatherings. Also, available are basketball courts and tennis areas. Many in the community are avid walker especially with the convenience of the large bike path/walkways throughout the community.
