I called this property checking availability about 1b1b since there is nothing on their website saying that they don't have one. The lady did answer my question by interrupting my first sentence with "There's no such thing as 1b1b...". A great experience being treated condescendingly.

I have been living at Carroll Square for over a year and a half now and I love it. It's a great value. The apartment is spacious for my needs and well kept. The landlords are fantastic and very helpful and responsive. My neighbors are kind a courteous and it's a great community. I honestly wouldn't rent anywhere else.

I highly recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a well-kept apartment and grounds. When I moved in the apartment was freshly painted and new carpet had been installed. The grounds are free of trash and always look neat and clean! Quiet. I have never seen the police on the property for anything!! If something needs repaired the landlords are very responsive and promptly resolve the issue. Snow removal is quickly removed and sidewalks salted. This is the best apartment complex I ...

Been living in Carroll Square since the beginning of 2020. The apartments are a good size and well maintained. The landlords, Harry and Sandra, are great. Any time we have any issue they are very quick to respond and make sure we're well taken care of. There is ample parking space and plenty of greenery. Vindictive Landlord!

Landlord is owed by a husband and wife. The wife is as mean as they come, rude and hateful. She can never remember who paid rent and when, so you are always accused of being late on rent (even though you never once were). I had to do a power point presentation for every month which outlined the day rent was paid and send to her. When it is time to move out, you will not get your security deposit back. She will disappear from you until you get a lawyer to wake her up. Horrible place, do not ...

Nothing in this review is true. You broke your lease and we went above and beyond to rent the apartment for you so that you would be able to keep your security deposit. When you moved out, and left a dirty apartment, we were shocked to see that the new carpet you had received was ruined due to urine from your two dogs. (We only allow one dog but had made an exception for you.) Due to the extensive damage to the apartment, we actually refunded more of your security deposit than we owed you. If you do in fact hire an attorney, you may end up paying for the damages we did not charge you for as we were more than fair.

The landlords were great and responded quickly to any issues we ever had. Most of the time it is quiet and peaceful, hardly any noise from the nearby road. Neighborhood feels safe, you can go out for walks at any hours of the day/night which is good for insomniacs like myself and my wife. If I ever find myself moving back to the IL area I'd 100% rent from Sandy and Harry again.

Sandra and Harry are the best owners and renters one can ever get. Very quick to respond on any problems( No major problems faced till date).I have been living here since a year. Most affordable in the area i guess. No bugs, heat or any kind of problem. Best place to live in elk grove.

I lived at Carroll Square for a year and I really loved it here! Besides some minor concers prior to moving, Sandra was flexible and willing to work with me. She made sure that I was happy moving in. My neighbors are really quiet for the most part and I’ve never had an issue with ciggaret or marijuana smells filtering in the apartment. Sandra was very firm at first regarding no tolerance for drug use, and that’s what convinced me to get this place. Everytime anything needed fixing, Harry and his ...

team would follow through very quickly. In the winter, snow was plotted and pathways cleaned up. The apartments are nice and spacious and are updated. I’m sadden that I have to leave and wished I could find another good experience like this one. But Im sure if you take it you’ll love it too!

I lived at Carroll Square apartments for two years and then moved out to buy a home. I thought the apartment was a great value. The kitchen was nicer than in other apartments I had lived in, and it was larger than other apartments I had looked at. My neighbors were nice and considerate, and the neighborhood was quiet.
