I love living at this apartment. The apartment itself is a very reasonable price for the location and proximity to Austin, and also for the excellent location in Georgetown. We are close to everything we need. I pulled into the parking lot here to take a call and thought I would look up the apartment, but knew it would not be in our price range. We were very excited to see that it was.
The pool is the amazing, it is the best pool I have swam in. It is large, has a great enclosed kitchen, ...
gas grills, covered seating and awesome cabanas. There is also a nice fire pit and seating area right off the pool area. Every time we go swimming I take it in and am very thankful to have such an awesome pool. We love swimming and it is an amazing experience every time. The pool area is beautiful. I hate wearing goggles, and there are no chemicals and do not have to wear them when I swim.
The theater room is great too. We enjoy the activities there, and when there are not activities and it is empty we watch sports or movies in there. It is a great experience.
Whenever I have needed something fixed they are quick and there are no hassles. Even after looking up on YouTube I was unable to figure out how to remove the stopper to my shower and unclog the drain. There is no problem and they come in and unclog it. My burner on my broiler went out and they fixed it right away.
Ashely is great, and I love working with her and everyone else. Everyone is friendly and goes out of their way to make home a great place. There is such a relief of stress living here.

Coming from California, I can't say if it's a Southern thing or simply a testament to Carroll at River Ranch's high employee standards, but you won't be disappointed or forgotten by the staff here.

They even offer a secure package delivery system for Amazon, a true bonus for online shoppers. I have only lived here a short time but I have had the best experience! The apartments are clean and quite. Maintenance is friendly and professional. Roxy was extremely friendly and made our move in process seamless. Her professionalism was one of the main reasons we chose this apartment over others. I could not recommend this apartment enough!

Pros:
If you get a unit facing the golf club, you will get all the privacy and a great view. Absolutely recommended. We lived here since it was built for 3 years.
The maintenance and staff are friendly and even after your lease start - which is usually not the case with other complexes.
Cons:
Your neighbor will complain of noise and hopefully you will get a good neighbor, otherwise they might want to make your life hell - even outside silence hours.

I've been living at Carroll Rivery Ranch for only four months, but in that short time I've gotten to know the leasing agent, Ashley. She's a patient sweet young lady that's professional and courteous. She has helped me navigate the daunting on line application procedure.
I had several Service Request that I requested on Tuesday morning and by early afternoon that same day they were fixed.
I haven't stayed in an apartment in over 30 years. I was expecting the worst from past experience, but I'm ...
happy that I was wrong.
I don't smell other peoples cooking nor do I hear them.
My stay thus far has been pleasant.
They are pet friendly, they have a self grooming station, agility training course and walking areas with clean up stations.
For your car they have a power spray hose and vacuum AND if you have an e-car then you're in luck. They have a special parking where you can charge. You would be happy to know they recycle.
Also, they have a 24/7 gym!!
I noticed they have picnic tables with grills in a park like setting that I can't wait to enjoy!!!
A huge fire pit, big beautiful pergola, a saltwater pool open year round and you can rent the kitchen by the pool. There’s also a theater you can rent.
They have a lot of incentives like, free movies, different types of contests and a beautiful lobby to hang out at.
My experience with the staff that I've met so far has been very positive from the Property Manager, Leasing Agent, Ashley and two of the maintenance men that I've met. If you haven't noticed by now Carroll Rivery Ranch Apartments have more square footage than the rest of the apartments in town.

I’ve lived here for almost a year. Some of my favorite things about living here are my neighbors..... and their dogs! Our amenities are always clean. The office staff feels like family ( especially Austin) they are all so kind and helpful. They have gone out of their way to help me many times. The apartments are luxurious. I can’t hear my neighbors through the walls. I’ve lived in two buildings now and I’ve never had noise issues. Parking has never been an issue!
