Apartments are nice but the building is not maintained. 11 fire alarms in 13 months
April 6, 2026Apartments themselves are very nice and I would highly recommend them if issues with the building didn't exist. There is a lack of adequate storm shelter (best option being a stairwell with an exterior wall), so keep that in mind if you have severe weather anxiety. The ear splitting fire alarms will go off anytime there is an issue with the sprinkler system in the garage and happens weekly whenever it gets below freezing and will happen randomly even when there is nice weather. Alarms went off 10 ...times in a 12 month lease with actual fire/smoke causing the alarms to go off a total of 0 timesRead MoreReview from Apartments.com

October 6, 2025It’s been great so far. Paulina is such a great person and has helped us out so much. She should us around and was very patient with our kiddos! The community is so beautiful and it’s next to literally everything! The apartment itself needed a few things but Paulina reassured us it will be taken care of asap. September 30, 2025Things are looking up these days! Kudos to all who helped get the package room cleaned up and maintaining it. Special thanks and welcome to Paulina to the management team. If we haven't said it before, Jordan... you are getting things done and your communication to the residents is top notch! Finally, hats off to Emma and the great social planning for the residents. We hated to miss the chili cook off as it was changed to Sunday and we had family plans already in the works. Not sure how ...it turned out, but want to do it again down the road. Add some Texas Hold'em with it and you got a good party! Have you all noticed the clean elevators and hallways? They look great these days...let's all pick up our trash and keep our own doorway space nice! Glad to see the garage getting repaired and ready for winter! Nice to see all our outdoor building lighting working again, as well as fixtures painted. Thanks to the whole management team here for the many positive upgrades!!Property Manager Responded

August 8, 2025Well I couldn’t give 0 stars. Multiple outlets do not work. Internet Jack was not ready and not working upon move in. Debris all across the living room hardwood and just messy. Bad smell in the apartment. And the rope thing that is used to get the blinds up and down snapped off almost seconds after attempting to open the blinds. YIKES. May want to think twice about sending new tenants a link to review the apartment and building when it doesn’t seem like the tenants are listened to. Also submitted ...a maintenance request and have not even got a response or acknowledgement in about 24 hours.Property Manager Responded
