didn't show up for tour
April 21, 2024Despite making an appointment with us, their leasing manager didn't show up. There was another family waiting there for a long time for viewing and finally leaving without meeting anyone. Time waster.Property Manager Responded

Don't rent here (I'm here. It was a mistake)
April 17, 2024I currently reside here. The neighbors are loud, dirty and some of them steal your mail. The apartment building claims that the walls and windows are sound proof, but they aren't. I can hear everything that everyone says and does. There's a trash shoot, but instead of putting trash in the slot, people leave it to the side and it piles up over the weekend til the point where you can't enter the trash room, and it gets pests. Packages are also being stolen from our package room, which means other ...residents are stealing them. The "cameras" they have don't help at all. Beware: They always make things look nice for potential renters and their representatives are very nice, but in reality when the property management company isn't here, things fall apart, and no one responds (don't be fooled). The management company cannot keep staff for more than a few months, so the people you like when you first see the place will be gone soon. I think they treat people bad, and that's why people don't stay.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
