Stay away
March 2, 2023Management is a revolving door and they constantly demand cashiers checks to pay rent. They also regularly charge for amenities that are no longer provided and refuse to remove them from your invoice. Like the previous reviewer mentioned, the pool is unmaintained. You can find a better place to live for cheaper.Review from Apartments.com
Awful Hellhole.
June 2, 2022This is a horrible, overpriced dump run by incompetent people. I moved in less than six months ago. In that time, there have been three different property managers, each less professional than the last, the maintenance crew has been totally replaced by one person (down from 2-3 guys), and this is the second time (two days now) that there is no hot water available to tenants, because the manager can't keep the boiler running.
