Be warned this place either removes reviews or updates to new link page so that it resets. When I moved out last year it was at a 1.6 star. The leasing office specifically "Michael" will do anything to take every last penny from your deposit which is 1400 total. When you get the apartment it will be covered in insects and roaches even though they "clean" the apartment and will charge you a cleaning fee when you move out even they they don't clean the apartment. money from you. They paint over mold and rust on the fridge and the restroom ceiling will always be peeled from the top. If you want to shower past 8pm goodluck because there will be no pressure. Even though you register your car with them, vin/model/make/plate number they will still tow you if you forget to have the permit visible(whats the point of collecting all that information in the first place. After a long day of classes you want to enjoy where you live. I promise you will wish you could live in the PCL in order to avoid this place if you chose to lie here
