The maintenance team has been doing an excellent job getting our maintenance requests completed quickly, which is something I really appreciate. We visited this complex and the folks there were so nice and helpful. Even with it being hot they were there to offer us refreshments to cool off and still toured us in the heat. They were so nice. We will be leasing here to call this our new home tomorrow.

The property is really improving. The office staff is kind, knowledgeable and super helpful. The grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff is fast and efficient. Roaches, black mold filled dishwasher for 2 years now. Verbatim from the maintenance manager “I’m gonna be honest with you if the dishwasher works then we won’t replace it”. Last time I check appliances are suppose to function as intended as in actually clean the dishes. When the dishwasher is on the air smells extremely putrid from mold and mildew. Honestly if you AQT the air when it’s running I’m pretty sure it would be toxic. Tubs still and never will be resurfaced at this point. Still a hole ...

in the ceiling in my second bathroom from a leak. The front desk and all management are completely useless and condescending. I have so many more things wrong in this unit it would be a whole day before I finished. Maintenance never even comes out when you have an issue and instead marks your work orders complete continuously and never truly resolves an issue. All around worst place to live and unfortunately they take advantage of people who can’t afford to live elsewhere and they know it. DO NOT MOVE HERE. YOU WILL ABSOLUTELY REGRET IT.IF I COULD RATE NEGATIVE STARS THEY WOULD HAVE THEM ALL.

I’ve been living with mildew for months spend more money to kill it and to kill gnats and roaches ! Anytime I ask for help I get a rude comment back. Or agent hangs up in your face when trying to get help. I was late on rent. Made a promise to pay , I explained how I been having problems and the first response was “pay the rest of your rent first” HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO COME SEE ABOUT THESE CONDITIONS !

Been here for 4 years constant water shut offs. Went from good to medium now worst poor water pressure and dirty rusted water .Hot water gets cut off every other day for years. My mailbox got broken into in Sept. still is broken i lost my medical insurance. Due to not getting my mail plenty more issues I have documented .Management no where to be found. Im living in pure Hell.

This apartment complex has changed for the better due to new management. We have security guards 24/7, 365. It's not the best apartments, but it's also not the worse. If you are new to Houston or just looking for your first apartment, Casa del Mar is the place to be. It's affordable and located on a major street. Everything is either in walking distance or you can ride the bus. I would suggest that no one lives by the back gate. It's a lot of traffic and a lot of homeless individuals due to the ...
