Casa Del Mar is great place to live. Diana, Laura, and Mathew are great property managers. I feel safe and cozy because the property is well tended to and maintained on the daily basis. I am able to reach them quickly because they are in the office and available. I love it here and plan to stay!!!!

Im new to Houston and I currently live here and this has been the best apartment by far. I fell on hard times and the office staff has been nothing but great and helpful! Matthew the property manager has helped me so much. And come November I’ll be here a year. That’s how helpful they have been. If you’re looking for a place to call home, please come to casa Del Mar! I have lived here for 10 plus years and over the years this management has been the longest staff and I've been happy with their work and helpfulness they are with us.
