March 5, 2019I live in this apartment and I have no complaints the manager is a nice person and the workers are very respectful and their on top of whatever you need in maintenance..I love to live here. And like always there’s a lot of haters I stay in this apartment still and I feel comfortable the apartment are clean and is a quiet place and they have a security at night..Review from Apartments.com

February 25, 2019It’s really quite and clean, management it’s always on top of everything, yes it’s rules but the manager explains before we move. I like this community be cause rent it’s not that Spence, and it’s really nice living here, manager try her best to help us and whatever we need. This Place is Not Family Friendly!!!
August 13, 2018This Place isn’t for family’s who have children, the Management here is extremely Rude to my kids! Looks for reasons to Harass. Very uncomfortable at times. We have to live in our own home like we don’t exists! Kids can’t play outside, you can’t have guest in the pool or even yet at your own home. If I had known this place was like a Prison you had to pay to get in, I would have never moved there! The rules Change All the time..... it’s out of control! It’s very quite! Now I know why! Very ...clean! Now I know why! Anyone who changes that, the manger will kick out! So many people come and go from this place no wonder it’s a month to month lease..... Count the cost! She threatens people by saying that they will get evicted if it's something that she doesn't like! May 25, 2017If you aabt to be watched like a hawk by the manager then this is your place! People that has lived herr for yearssssssss are getting evicted for the littlest reasons. Quiet Place
August 14, 2015Living here at Casa De Mar its quiet kid friendly, and pet friendly, although I wish It did have a gym but for the price you cant beat it. They offer pest services, security throughout the night, maintenance lives on sight which is helpful for an emergency.
