I’ve had a great experience living here so far. The complex is well maintained, management is easy to communicate with, and my maintenance requests are handled quickly. I also always feel safe here, which is so valuable to me. Overall, it’s been a comfortable and positive place to live, I’d definitely recommend it to anyone looking in the area.

Realmente es un buen sitio para vivir en ambiente familiar y con tranquilidad. Agradecido con Jessica en las oficinas siempre brinda una sonrisa y la ayuda necesitada, súper buen servicio de mantenimiento y jardinería impecable. Algo que señalar el cuarto de lavado no siempre está en óptimas condiciones y el parqueo del condominio que si te llegan visitas inesperadas los fines de semana la oficina está cerrada y será imposible parquear sin que te pongan warning al carro. They charge you a deposit fee when you move in and they have different fees written in the lease so when you move out you not only don't get your deposit back , you end up owning them money.

Every time I need anything in my apartment they are super quick fixing it and every Tuesday they send pest control to your apartment so there’s no way that you can have any bugs or roaches in there. It is very quiet

I’ve been a resident at Casa Del Mar for 2 years and it’s the best environment I’ve lived in. You feel safe leaving anytime of the night. Great community for children. Maintenance is on point especially ground keeping. Property Manager Fina is amazing and very understanding.
