I would not rent from this property again. During my tenancy, my apartment experienced significant water intrusion that required extensive remediation. Sections of the walls and baseboards were removed, industrial fans and dehumidifiers ran for days, and the situation was extremely disruptive.
What was most disappointing was how I felt I was treated throughout the process. I often felt my concerns were not taken seriously and had to go through a property manager just to get updates and resolve ...
issues. Communication was frustrating and often left me feeling like I had to fight for basic information.
After I moved out, I was charged for items that I genuinely do not believe I was responsible for. I had to dispute those deductions and request documentation because, in my view, they were unsupported. The process was unnecessarily stressful and time-consuming.
If you rent here, document everything with photos and videos at move-in and move-out, keep all communication in writing, and know your rights regarding Florida security deposit laws. Based on my experience, I would choose to rent elsewhere
