July 23, 2017I am currently living at Casa Real apartments and I have so far 2 1/2 years. The maintenance is very punctual and one of the two managers care. There has been 5 break-ins the last 6 months and I am currently the last victim. My apartment was broken into then the next night they stole my 2017 white Honda Ridgeline, mind you I only had it for a month. There are no cameras in my location and it's dark with no lighting. I have complained and am waiting to see what steps will be taken. Cameras and ...lighting are great where the managers live and one of them even has bars on her windows but we are not allowed to. I am currently looking for another residence. I was also told this place was a real hot spot for theft. I never had an issue until now so unfortunately my reason for moving all happened within 2 days. I hate to leave because I had everything close to me but I don't feel safe anymore. The "12 hour" security that they have here does nothing. They roam but don't even call the police so I don't know why they're here.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

August 6, 2015Hi I'm writing a review on my apartment complex that I live at his call Casa Real Apartments I applied here only cuz I knew somebody that apply that lived here so I did I applied got in and the best thing ever did manage me here is awesome they work with you the facilities you have here are great you have a hot tub to pools and adult pull lundry locations multiple laundry locations we need something fixed they do it as quick as I can the people here are nice they get along made a lot of friends ...here close to a lot of stores the local mall very nice location lots of trees shade I would recommend this place to anybody that was the apartment building and have you free cable helps a lot thank you Casa RealRead MoreReview from Apartments.com
