For the most part it’s quiet around here. However, since I moved in I’ve had maintenance come 3-4 times. They put so much resistance into changing something that needed to be changed. Anyways, we started to have a problem with these giant roaches!! ? I turn on the lights just to find 2-3 roaming around. I found one coming out of the electrical outlet cover!!!! What the heck .. I fear that if I have guest one will come out and leave me in embarrassment. Good thing I got the short lease.

Casa Sierra is a great place to live. The community is kept up very well and always looks beautiful and clean. The manager, Lynnette, is very helpful and kind; always available if issues arise. Easy access to both bus service and Metrolink train service, plus freeway access. Rent costs are very reasonable. Overall it has been a pleasure to live here.

UPDATED REVIEW
I stand by the review I posted two years ago (see below), however my 2004 truck was broken into twice the past two months by someone who was trying to steal it (total damage $1000.00). When I wonder if my belongings on Casa Sierra property will be gone or damaged at any point, the place I've called home for the past eight years no longer feels like a completely safe place to live. It is a major bummer because I really do like Casa Sierra and I hate to see the neighborhood going ...

I've lived at Casa Sierra for 6 years in a single bedroom apartment by myself. I really enjoy living here. There are two fountains that mask the noise of La Sierra Avenue (the nearby road) and the landscaping is always well-kept. The management has always been courteous and accommodating. The two or three times that I've had something fail in my apartment, the maintenance man has come the same day to resolve the problem. Once I even wrote a letter to the management company with a few suggestions about projects I thought that they should do around the apartment complex. Within two weeks almost all of my suggested projects were complete. Wow! Lastly, I really like that the managers office will accept and hold packages from fedex and ups. I order online frequently and it is nice to pick up my packages from the managers office when I am not home to receive them directly from the courier. NOTE: I pay my rent on time and am courteous to the managerial team.

Several reasons this location deserves 5 stars. First, the on-staff property's mangers are incredibly helpful and friendly. Quick to answer questions and concerns. The property itself receives daily maintaince, aswell as the pool and spa. It's a safe and calm gated complex with plenty of shade an patio space to enjoy a cool fall evening or refresh during a hot summer day. Good apt. to live in. Mostly quiet except when you have roudy neighbors. Maintenance pretty quick to fix anything that is not working. The only downfall is that cameras do not work, and no more night security.
