Roaches are everywhere. The laundry facilities can never be accessed because they never open the office to load your laundry card. The pool is always green in the summer because they literally clean it twice a year. It’s a slum. Avoid it at all costs

They have a weekly sign up sheet for the cockroach guy. The spray, but doesn't help. Homeless and drug addicts roaming around at night. Cockroaches are just so horrible. I've done everything I could, but they just move to another apt, then come back. There are a ton of empty apartments, but they are trashed and they don't want to spend any money to fix them up. I don't get it.

So I rented an apartment here for 3 years and never missed or was even late on a rent payment. Left my apartment in great condition and it was re rented in a few days after I left. That was almost 2 1/2 months ago and I am still waiting for my refund check for the deposit. The local management team helped but corporate can’t seem to get the check signed by the owner and sent to me.

I moved into Sierra Bella in April of 2017 and it was a great place to live then the sold the complex and it started going down. They have changed mangers so many times and mantaince people. Last week my air conditioning went out and now it has been six days and it still hasn't been fixed. When i ask the office manager what I'm supposed to do without air they said foe me to open my windows and told me the air conditioning would be fixed on Tuesday well Tuesday came and went and it still hasn't ...

been fixed. I come home today and my thermostat is gone and my bedroom doos are open. I have stayed three days in a hotel and maybe more if it's not fixed. I'm moving just as soon as my lease is up . if you are smart you want rent from this place.

everything was fine until they changed management. they kept having maintenance doing roofs at 6-7am. they sometimes did not honor the 24 hour notice rule for apartments and they do not answer their phone half of the time. sure i can pay my rent online that is easy of course. they had to shut down laundry closest to us due to work being done so it does not help anyone else to walk across the complex to do laundry. neighbors smoke and party every night. and all complaints are im sorry about that. ...

have had my ac leak, my apartment leak, the stove not work. too many issues for the price. everyone live somewhere else

New terrible management. Apartmement infested with cockroaches had to clean with bleach everyday. Bad at handling work orders. Wanted to charge additional $30 for being there almost 1 year. Should renovate inside apartments instead of outside. Recieved notice of charges for not paying rent which was paid early. Unreasonable increase in prices. Save yourself many headaches.

If I could give this place a negative rating, I WOULD. When I first moved here, they were great, then, they changed management companies and it's just the absolute worst place to live in town. It is DIRTY, the water is constantly being shut off for maintenance, they've been doing construction on the roof at 7 in the morning, draining pools, constantly smells like tar. Not only that, but the office lady, Sherry, is more concerned with gossiping than she is taking care of the tenants. When in to ...

pay rent on my lunch break and stood there for about 15 minutes waiting for her to finish talking with her co-workers. Disgusting apartments all together. The can try to renovate the place but the quality of service they give to their tenants will always be trash. Can't wait for my lease to be up.
