Great place to call home
August 11, 2017I have lived at the Casa Tiempo apartments for over 15 years. This complex is well run. When something doesn’t work, it is fixed in a timely manner. The management is terrific. I am glad to call Casa Tiempo my home. The apartments are spacious and the grounds are kept clean. Gas, water and trash are included in the rent. Electricity is the tenant’s responsibility. August 30, 2015orse place to live. This place is the most unsafe and careless I've seen in my life, since I moved here is a lot of bad stuff happening, few days after I moved here like 6 months ago I saw people trying to break in to the cars I reported them at the office and all they told me was to I had to call the police, few days later someone broke into an apartment I went to the office with few questions about the security of this place and their answer was "we have to wait for the police reports" now ...couple of weeks ago august 19th my motorcycle got stolen from my cart port. I started talking with some neighbors / tenets and a lot of them have a story about how they got broke into their cars and got stuff stolen as well and the management haven't taken any action to add some real security to this place. In the other hand since I moved here my ceiling it's been crombolling down and I got those particles testes in a lab and that ceiling has 5% over the limit of detection of asbestos all they did was to put a coat of paint on it, now by this time the ceiling still crumbling down, all they told me after all this was that I can leave without any breaking the lease penalties which I think is ridiculous the way they just want to fix the problem. This place is so over priced since they only have a pool and some laundry rooms, no jacuzzi, no gym NOT EVEN THE PROPER SECURITY to keep the tenets safe. Apt of Zen
August 21, 2015I love my 1 bedroom, 1 bath apt. After I come home from work I look forward to returning to my apt of zen. It's beautiful and relaxing, clean with new appliances, new carpet, and fantastic neighbors and the best on site manager Alva...there's no place like Casa Tiempo Apts. Oh..and all utilities paid..except Electric...which is maybe 25.00 a month. .I think I will stay awhile.Review from Apartments.com
