January 10, 2022Rent is to high for what you actually have and condition of apartments. You have for security but security doesnt exist or make rounds. Front office doesnt listen to complaints. Don’t move here
December 10, 2021DO NOT MOVE TO CASALAGO EASTLAKE - this is a dangerous place. There are several families terrorizing everyone coming in and out of this place. Yes, the amenities are great, but we can’t use them because everyone is afraid to leave their home and get jumped or pepper sprayed by these crazy people. The police are here almost every day of the week, don’t let Casalago’s responses on previous reviews fool you. The police are here all the time, and they do NOTHING. The 24-hour security we pay for? ...Non-existent, I’ve never seen them. We’ve been here for 6 months and regret our decision every single day.Property Manager Responded

Some reviews here are lies
December 10, 2021I have been at Casa Lago going on my second year. For the last year our community has gone down tremendously. There has been a break in in which management was of no help, pacakges have been stolen from people's front doors, there has been rat issues in which non of these issues have been addressed by management. There is such a large turnover in employees that your concerns or complaints get lost and the manager Mark will nevwr return calls. As of current there is a reaident that has ...literally been terrorized by another tenant what seems to be like daily occurence. There is numerous footage of this resident being violent, disrespectful and has yet to be evicted. The police are at this complex literally on a daily basis due to domestic violence issues or there to address the resident that is constantly harrasing our neighbor. Last week a group of young men were literally fighting as you enter our complex blocking the main streets to get to your home. There is no security at night even though management states that there is. Numerous residents have brought this to managements attention and still no improvement. I'm sorry but I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND moving here unless your ready to witness nothing but chaos.Property Manager Responded
