BEAUTIFUL WITH LOVELY MANAGEMENT

This is a beautiful apartment complex like no other. I love the style as it looks like a house but it's an apartment. Every unit gets their own garage whether you're renting a 1, 2, or 3 bedroom. You also get a garage whether you have a car or not which is amazing! The manager Arlene is very nice and understanding. I feel as though she treats everyone with respect and dignity and never treats people with special treatment she's equal. At my last residence I had a terrible manager and it ruined my ...
quality of living but here I don't have to worry about that and my perspective on property managers has changed thanks to Arlene. The manager is very thorough during the application process giving lots of updates throughout the process. This property management company gives low income and people with a background second chances and I can tell they really care about people and their needs. Because of JK Management and the property management, I now have a beautiful home and will never be homeless again. The yard work around the property is always well kept I see workers nearly every day mowing the grass, cutting bushes, and keeping the community in beautiful condition. The apartment is VERY spacious I feel like it's a lot bigger and reasonable compared to other apartments in the area. The only downside I can point out is that the laundry rooms are not up to date. The washer and dryers are constantly out of service and eating quarters but if you have your own washer and dryer you won't have to worry about that because each unit comes with washer and dryer hookups. There's also a laundromat facility about 5 minutes driving as well. Cascade Meadow is one of a kind I'm so fortunate to live here as the vacancies go quickly !

These apartments are beautiful. Equipped with updated appliances, generous size bedrooms, washer and dryer hook ups and a garage. You wont have any problems here. The management takes care of everything and treat you well. It is located close to shopping centers and I-5. The most updated apartments in Woodburn and its worth living here!

Great looking, you will get notices a lot, bark dust not kept around property it is a huge fire hazard (5 fires just on my side), friendly staff, not enough parking, very few visitors parking, pet friendly, great family environment, good location.

The Managers are friendly, and while this is a "no soliciting" neighborhood it does not stop the people coming to your door.
Not all the apartments at Cascade Meadow apartments are created equally. Some have had more updates than others. The apartment buildings at the front of the complex seem to get more maintenance the ones at the back of the complex.
If you only have one vehicle you are required to park it in your garage. If you don't park it in your garage they do tow...
