Not worth it

I've been renting for 10 years, and they take the cake for the most incompetent, careless, complex I've ever rented from. I give people a lot of grace because we are all human, but these particular humans do not care what emergency you have? or any urgency to fix it nor do they communicate in the process so you're in limbo. I'm paying 2k for WHAT.
