Friendly and Caring Staff
October 7, 2025I moved out of the Cascades and was expecting there to be a bunch of paperwork and have the process take a really long time but to my surprise the office was very helpful and everything was painless. I would say they have some of the most caring office staff I have encountered. Highly recommend living here-Property Manager Responded

Clean, Quiet, Affordable!
February 3, 2023I lived here for about 2 1/2 years and it was the best complex I've lived in. The grounds are clean and well-maintained and maintenance is super responsive to requests. For how many people live on the property, it is amazingly quiet. Whenever I had an issue, the office staff was friendly and prompt in their communication. I never felt unsafe on the property. The units are a nice size, they are steadily being upgraded (new windows, new appliances, etc), and the location is spectacular -- right ...off 205 and Highway 14, within walking distance to Trader Joe's and Fred Meyer, and an easy drive to just about anything. The turn around time of the amazing maintenance men spoke more volume than anything!! I can talk all day about how highly recommended this complex is. August 11, 2015Couldn't be more happy with the place I live with my girlfriend even at such a young age they welcomed us with open arms and helped with any questions we had about rent or maintenance not to mention amazing one bedroom and crazy good price. Staff is best people I know and would do anything to make our experience great and luxuries with apartments are to die for. But living rent free could be a deal breakerReview from Apartments.com

August 11, 2015Living in the cascades was best decision me and my boyfriend made as a young couple. Staff couldn't be more friendly even when we got locked out and just called maintenance to come unlock it at 1 am. Or when we had question about water and electricity they already set up account for us np need to call city for help. Being beginners at renting and adulthood they made it so easy to help guide us through how to pay rent where to go to get money orders and on the spot emergency calling for water ...problems or questions not to mention the massive one bedroom we live in for competitive price and luxuries they offer us would be more amazing if we could live rent free.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com

The management is always helpful and the maintenance is always right on any problem that comes up, and is usually fixed that same day, if not the next.
