September 4, 2025In the years I've lived here, there's been a significant decline in the residents, the cleanliness and most importantly, the safety/security! The lack of security on the property, the vast increase in break ins and theft as well as the the lack of concern exhibited by the leasing office will guarantee i don't sign another lease!Property Manager Responded

July 12, 2025It’s annoying to be a smoke free property and to constantly smell marijuana. I can’t sit on my patio or have my balcony door open because neighbors smoke on a daily basis morning, noon, and night.Property Manager Responded

July 9, 2025Everton was professional and helpful. However there were times when I could not reach anyone in the office and at times it was frustrating. I would leave messages via phone and text and no one would get back in touch with me . But when I could reach someone they were very helpful.Property Manager Responded

June 25, 2025It’s a pretty good community. It’s quite most days. The parking situation could be better. I was getting a company car and was told I could not get/purchase another parking pass and that I would have to get a garage which wouldn’t even be anywhere near my apartment and cost an extra $150 a month.Property Manager Responded

She was able to answer all my questions, timely, and efficiently whenever I needed anything I was able to call her and she was able to quickly help out.
