The dog poop on and around the property has gotten out of hand. Its nice that pets are allowed, but it shouldn't be tolerated that people don't pick up after their pets

I would recommend if they move on the first floor to ask how many people are living upstairs from you. There are 5 people living upstairs from me that have made it very difficult for any peace in my apartment. I have complained numerous times and have had to call the police for disturbance of the peace.
