If it was my Building (5) I would VERY LIKELEY recommend. There have been some issues with noise, marijuana use, police responses and litter in other buildings that concern me.

I would recommend if they move on the first floor to ask how many people are living upstairs from you. There are 5 people living upstairs from me that have made it very difficult for any peace in my apartment. I have complained numerous times and have had to call the police for disturbance of the peace.

As an apartment complex, The Cascades, seems to provide the comfort & recreation we all look for, after a hard long day. Convenient to most highways, and centrally located to all shopping.
