the community is clean, well kept, its quiet and safe. Houses are quite new, well kep, are nice and good looking. I walk my dog 4x times a day from very early morning up to late night and its all is good. Never saw anything weird or bad.

Cascadia at Highland Creek is a lovely community, new and comfy townhomes. Very well located (walking distance to grocery stores and restaurantes). It feels safe, quiet (even its very close to the highway). My wife, my dog and myself love to live there. Management and staff are always caring with our comfort and needs.
