Living at Casitas apartments was a great experience. Me and my girlfriend loved the apartment and the sense of community in the area. The property managers were awesome as well. Would recommend. 9 out of 10 stars!

The front office property staff are very professional, friendly and always available to help us tenants out. There is even a 24/7 cell phone number that we can use for emergency repairs and or if we get locked out of our apartment accidentally. The maintenance team handle the maintenance requests quickly and do a very good job at fixing whatever the issue is. Lots of cameras around in this apartments, so security is tight and there is night time security robing the property. This is a good ...
place to live as it is close to a lot of stores and highways in my opinion.

I lived in one of the studios for over three years and never had any problems. Management is friendly and helpful. The neighbors were nice and my puppy loved seeing them and their puppies.

I’d like to recommend this place! I lived here for a year until last month and I had nothing but a tranquile stay. The Management Team is very nice, kind, attentive and prompt to solving issues or emergencies. Close to everything! I loved it!

All the staff was great and attentive. Always picked up the phone or called back quickly. Maintenance requests were fulfilled on time and quickly. Near The Collection and other good food and grocery stores to go to as well. Would recommend to others who are moving to the Oxnard area

I absolutely loved this place for the time I was living there. Very very friendly and kind staff, always on point with any requests or questions you have. Maintenance is very quick when requested and gets the job done. Super quiet and peaceful complex to live in. Never had any issues during my stay and I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone!!

I lived here for the last 3 years and I loved everyday of living here. The studio I was in was big enough to feel like a one bedroom. The staff was very friendly and constant improvements are always announced and makes a better living space. Close to restaurants and shopping centers
