poor excuse for management

I lived here for a year overall the experience was okay at best. the apartments are clean, nice however they are extremely small. the location is awesome however parking can be problematic. u get one parking pass and are forced to pay 35 dollars a month for another. the apartments are safe provided you don't live on the 1st floor. danger lurks outside from the constant transient population outside. this area is extremely dangerous and I wouldn't recommend any apartment on the first floor, also ...

walking armed from your car to the basically dinosaur cage gate that guards the apartments from the horrors that await you outside. with that said the maint/ office staff are extremely good polite and professional, however the manager is not. the manager is without doubt the worst part of the complex, unhelpful, never answers the phones, ignores you and almost acts like a school bully towards tenants. I put down a $400.00 deposit got none of it back, was told it was send never got It. its also a tax credit property so some neighbors are less than desirable. save your time and money steer clear of these apartments

This is a great place to live. The apartments are spacious and modern. It has 2 laundry facilities in the bigger complexes. The community is really great and Management always has great ideas to bring everyone together. For example Fall Festival and Thanksgiving Dinner. I definitely will recommend living here.
