May 25, 2023I recently complained about my AC not working and the person I spoke to tried to blame me. They fixed it then a week later I called in again cause the AC didn't work and it took them 2 days to get to me and still the AC doesn't work. This is South Texas heat, I will be reporting them to the housing commission.Review from Apartments.com
ROACHES, FLEAS, WILD DOGS
January 11, 2018Humongous and tiny roaches, as well as fleas get in. Stray cats. There's poop everywhere because wild-huge dogs are allowed. Not leaks, streams on windows. It SO noisy. It seems that my upstair neighbors wear hooves, instead of shoes. Outrighteously loud "music" no matter the mime from cars. I tripped quite frequently due to UNEVEN Floors. I come from the NYS, the rent it's not cheaper than my hometown for this kind of place. What a BIG MISTAKE I made thinking it would be like Florida.Review from Apartments.com

Great place To Live.
August 27, 2015I was really impressed with the management and the apt.She made sure it was ready for our move in as promised,and they have washers and dryers that work great.Beautiful brick red tile floors , 2 pools, work out room and the grounds are beautiful.We are retired and disabled but it is so Quiet and clean.Mostly tenants are young to middle age ,some kids,and they don't run wild . People have good time without making so much noise it bothers other people. It is a great place to live ,I would recommend ...it to any one.There is also a great place to BBQ with Tables too.Also covered parking,and it has a 8ft brick wall all the way around it and gates.Also it is close to stores and resturants.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
