The Best place to live in West LA
May 8, 2026My best friend and I have lived in this unit since July'25, and we love it. We love it so much thanks to being in a unique spot closer to everywhere(transit, shopping mall, many more) and to our manager Laurie. Best Property Manager
May 5, 2026I loved this apartment complex and the property manager Laurie. This is my first time writing a review on apartments.com. Laurie was on top of everything and it was the fastest and smoothest move-in experience for me. This comes from a person who lived both in the SF Bay Area and LA for over 10+ years. A great property manager makes a significant difference. Laurie was so classy with a smile on her face all the time by being sincere and so professional. Anytime you need something, she resolves it ...within 24 hours. Honestly, I would’ve stayed there forever but I had to move back to the Bay Area for my career. The landlord is a smart person choosing a person like Laurie. She goes above and beyond. Also, she is not one of those managers who is nice at the beginning and then once you’re locked in, they don’t resolve any maintenance issue or something. July 9, 2025My best friend and I have lived in this unit for the past 2 years, and we ABSOLUTELY love it. We love it so much that we are moving upstairs to a newer unit that was recommend by our wonderful building manager, Laurie. This is just the surface of the amazing things that Laurie has done for us. She is attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns that may come up on the daily. June 20, 2025We have lived here over 24 years and found this to be a great, safe place to live. The building is always clean, parking area is secure and the manager is so kind and caring! She handles any issues quickly and is always there to lend a helping hand. Our neighbors are helpful and considerate and it is a nice community. Great Apartment Complex and Area
April 23, 2021This apartment complex is such a great place to live, and in the best area! It’s very clean, the building is always being taken care of, and very safe. Having the front door with call box and locked garage I always feel like I’m in a safe space. The apartment is wonderful with wood floors, new kitchen countertops, A/C, a fireplace and a cute balcony. Having a dishwasher and a parking space is a luxury in LA! The laundry room is new and has plenty of washers and dryers and I’ve never had to wait ...to use one. Being able to walk to the grocery store and other spots is also great. Laurie (the landlord) makes everything so easy and she’s truly a genuine and caring person. Great Location to 10 and 405 Fwys.
April 9, 2016I've lived here for close to 20 years and never want to leave. I feel very safe here and the building is very quiet. Management does an incredible job in maintaining the cleanliness of the building and enforcing quiet enjoyment. Century City is only three miles one way. I walk to the Cheviot Hills Shopping Center which takes only four minutes. There is a Starbucks on the corner of National and Castle Heights among other popular retail establishments. Anyone would be lucky to live in ...this building. It's clean, convenient to shopping, freeways and the mall. I absolutely love that the building has an elevator, parking in a gated garage and security front door phone entry. The place I call my home
April 11, 2016I would like to share my experience after living in this apartment building for many years I call my home. The most important reason for me is that I feel safe for myself and my car wherever I live and trust me I do. Most of the time I have experienced this building to be quiet and if someone has started to be noisy they are asked to please stop. The apartment manager is very professional, helpful and kind, when I have had issues they have been taken care of expeditiously. I love my ...apartment, it is very quaint with a fireplace, high ceilings, balcony and much more. I must also add there are several long term tenants that live here. The laundry room is always available and the idea of having a grocery story near by is convenient. Incredible noise!!
July 23, 2015When my marriage fell apart 2 years ago after 40 years I was faced with finding an apartment for the first time in my life. My youngest son was moving with me so I needed a 2 bedroom, 2bath apt. I came across this place and was offered 2 different places to look at. One of which was a corner unit with the master bedroom having 2 windows and no other tenant. It was also more expensive because of the location. Well, I decided to take that unit. I was never informed of the fact that my bedroom ...window faced the Vons shopping center. OMG!! the noise is unbelievable. I have had to call the trash company who was picking up trash at 2am. Also the recycling company coming at unbelievable times of the day. The saddest part is that the management company has done nothing to help me. I pay a lot of money to live here and it's just not worth it. Each year they keep raising my rent and I continue to complain and they do nothing. And to make matters worse I have also dealt with termites. Since I now am a single parent I can't find an apartment that I can afford plus the cost of moving.
