It's a great apartment for reasonable prices and great amenities. I will be moving in soon, but from what I have already experienced, I have an amazing feeling that this is a great apartment!

April 27, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comI’ve not had a good experience, anything related to dealing with office has been miserable, the employees are cold and rude. The maintenance staff has been great. I don’t like the new locks because it feels much less secure and it dosnt consider may factors: what if my phone breaks late at night, what if my phone dies? how can i call the emergency number if my phone not working it the issue? i much prefer a key fob.

April 4, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comNot the best, not the worst. Great maintenance team, good leasing staff. The property and units are in decent shape for being 26 years old. The property management company and their decisions suck, though. The Bluetooth door and gate locks are terribly inconvenient; highly impractical decision. It'd be nice if the front gates actually worked, too.

March 25, 2026 - Review from Apartments.comThe 4x2 units are very old and haven't been renovated in a long time. Upon moving in, there was rust in my bathtub. There's also definitely some sort of black mold in the showers as well, since I sneeze a lot despite not getting allergies easily.
