Not what it use to be
March 22, 2022These apartments provides great space if nothing else, but their property upkeep now is horrible. It's nothing like it was back when it was called Brighton Manor when the parking lot was fixed and the property was so pretty but now it's pot holes everywhere and sad to say when i started looking at apts and drove through here and to know it's different management but same problem is a negative. This complex has went down hill. You can tell how much care they really give about their property and ...upkeep just by passing by.Property Manager Responded

Great experience
September 3, 2021I normally don't leave comments, however I couldn't help but to share my experience about this property especially my move in consultant Hailey . She was not only helpful throughout the ENTIRE process but also very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. The apartments are really nice, well kept and definitely worth the price. June 17, 2020I have lived at these apartments for two years now, and the new manager has really changed things for the better! Maintenance is fast, complex is quiet, and management is very friendly and professional. Would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for a good value!Review from Apartments.com
I wouldn’t advise ANYONE move here!
September 21, 2018I wasn’t there a good six months and was already seeing rats and roaches! They act like it wasn’t a big problem didn’t try to do anything about the situation. I was told by the manager if a raccoon wanted to get in your apartment it could we can’t stop these things from coming. I was even told by the maintenance man another lady had called about rats being in her apartment as well. I moved out ASAP now they have put on my credit that I have to pay $745 and now it’s hard to find my children and I ...a decent place to live because of them not fixing the situation or even trying to communicate about it cause I called and called they either didn’t answer the phone or said pest control would be there in such and such days. I wasn’t comfortable in my own home and they seem to not care at all !!Property Manager Responded

Wouldn't advise anyone to move here
November 25, 2017lack of communication, no one is ever there during the hours that they should be, never answer the phone from maintenance to the manager they are lazy. I didn't even get a chance to view my apartment Susan told me it was ready but here it is only a week of staying there and I'm seeing rats! Very disappointed and looking forward to moving ASAP that's to decent of a neighborhood to be such trash apartments and I make to much to have to live like that poor service here don't move over here at allProperty Manager Responded

Not too bad, but not good.
February 22, 2017Pros: Rent is affordable and can be paid online/using an app on a smartphone anytime (until grace period is up). Not a bad location, depending on your preferences. Cons: Maintenance is BAD. They don't respond in a timely manner. The apartment looks older, with apparent wear & tear... not really bad but just not maintained well. The plumbing is the most annoying thing to me. I hand-wash my dishes and then place them in the dishwasher. Whenever I do run a cycle, it drains fine but days later ...there's nasty water collected at the bottom and it STINKS up the house. Also, I have only been here a few months and have heard and witnessed many altercations, including a group of people standing outside yelling, watching two young girls fight each other.Read MoreReview from Apartments.com
