These apartments are just right for the price. Apartments are very spacious. Maintenance issues are solved quickly, although only the maintenance men do the repairs, I've never seen any specialists here. The biggest issues are the unruly kids. No one hear watches their children outside so they run a muck and cause problems. Nothing too major just a lot of noise,swearing, and little graphitti problems. Other than that everyone that lives here is pretty mellow. So far I've really liked living here ...
for the most part. I love the comfort of my spacious home. There are huge walk in closets in each apartment. This complex is backed by the 95 but you really don't hear any traffic noise. Its easy to get everywhere because you can just hop on the freeway. Overall its a comfortable affordable complex. I'd recommend living here.
