THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER BEEN IN...
I have an infant and they CLAIM to have AC... just so everyone is aware it’s not AC. It’s like a cooling system. We have 3 fans going PLUS the “AC”.. it’s miserable. My baby can’t be comfortable... I could careless about me. BUT MY BABY... We’ve been here 3 weeks and already want out of the lease.
We’re had maintenance here 3 times because we were leaking into the apartment below, then because we noticed that there was a overflow cover that ...
wasn’t even for it it needed TWO screws but has 1 so it was legit just laying in there for show..not bad neighbors I guess, but man I am not happy with the complex.. I’m finding more that I dislike... I do not recommended being leased to such a piece of crap, 2-faced apartment.

There are new owners here at the property. They have made many improvements to the exterior of the property. The Ofc mgr is here from 10:30 to 5:30 most days so you can get here if you work.
