Excellent manager, well maintained apartments.

I have lived in this apartment complex for over a year now. The apartments are nice, lots of good amenities, the gardens and common areas are beautifully maintained and clean. The community is gated and safe, the residents are mostly families. The best thing about Catalina apartments is their management staff. Imra and others on the team are extremely helpful and friendly people. I rarely have had issues living here, but if i did, they have been taken care of in a timely manner. Imra is very ...
helpful and concerned. She has attention to detail and goes out of her way to take care of a situation. I am very impressed by her as a manager. I have friends living in other apartment complexes who often complain about lack of attention by their managers and I'm glad i'm not in their situation.
Rent is definitely high and i have often considered moving to another place because of that, however, I don't think i can find a better management staff elsewhere.
