I love the location, close to transportation, movies, park and city hall. My sons and me love this apartment with all the amenities, washer and dryer hookups and you little terrace for yourself. I liked it because is closed community, you don't have to be worry who comes and goes. Also has their garage in closed, plus 2 patios with barbeque grills and pool. Everything in one building which we are only 70 units.
Location is Prime!

The apartments are located in the heart of the city. City hall, police station, parks, fire station, several restaurants, a movie theater, and big city activities happen all within walking distance. I've lived here going on 6 years and I just couldn't think of a better place to live.
The property manger is fabulous! Requests to fix something get done right away. In addition, the property manager is always willing to work with you.

We have searched all over the Desert for rental options and found some very nice places, and dumps but for the price Cathedral Town Villas was by far the best square footage, layout and amenities. We rent a 2 bedroom apartment with Laundry room, full kitchen, open floor plan, bedroom on opposite sides giving you plenty of privacy, 2 bathrooms, and Terrace with small storage closet.
*Location is GREAT for movie lover since the theater is next door, park, restaurants, and City Hall.

and Maintenance is GREAT as well. Chasity is the best! Understanding, resourceful, and very responsive. Maintenance crew is always helpful and around fixing, cleaning, and available if you need them.
I recommend Cathedral Town Villas for anyone looking for an apartment to rent.

The Cathedral Town Villas luxury apartments where I live, are so wonderful so clean and if u have any problems with anything that needs to be fixing the Manager on site takes care of it right away. The apartment that I live in is very spacious and nice looking on the inside. Everything here as bills wise is just I pay Electric the apartment is all electric. I have my one washer&dryer hook-ups in my own apartment that was plus for me!! The dishwasher here in my apartment work great. Big plus for ...
theses apartment is that it right next door to the theater where I work. Here at these apartments works for me because I'm a quadriplegic so there no paying for gas in my car.

Coming from PS I didn't know if I'd like Cat City... 3 yrs here now & I totally love here!! Right in the middle of town to enjoy restaurants movie theater special city events & local stores &bus line (5min walk)& neighborhood fountain for kids.
These apt are always clean & managements not JUST management their "Friends".. Who listen to your concerns . I actually really love it here I'd recommend CC Villas to both young & old. It's quiet and when you want to just live a little all you have to do ...

I really like the location. Neighbors are very friendly. Perfect size complex...not so big that you feel lost.. small enough to feel like community. Management is extremely helpful.
