I would not recommend this property to anyone. Poorly managed. I have had negative experience since moving in and it has costed me financially mentally and emotionally.

Management & Maintenance Working Together I became an Attain on 5th resident on 1 May 2026. It is now the middle of July and what I have seen here has convinced me to become a long-term member of this community. Management and maintenance work very well together, each being demonstratively capable in their own areas. I had surprisingly few maintenance requests, for a completely renovated building. Maintenance was proactive and resolved the issues quickly. I look very forward to working with them ...
